About Your New JobThe successful applicant will be joining a team of 7 Sourcing Specialists, working closely with managers to help drive cost savings and maximise business opportunities.

Strategic sourcing of products and global procurement
Negotiating pricing, deals, contracts and delivery schedules with our suppliers
Identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, build on current product offering, and create additional value for the customer base
Conduct regular market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and improvements with suppliers

Qualification or relevant industry related experience and a background in supply chain or sourcing preferred
Proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation & selection
Strong organisational & admin skills
Ability to learn/understand the technical information of products
Excellent negotiation and decision making skills
Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP ERP experience highly desirable but not absolutely essential
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as team member
Ability to work to agreed time scales and deadlines
