Clare.Contract: Permanent, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.Benefits: Development plan, employee discount, sick pay, pension, holidays.About You:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Store Manager to join the Bunratty Castle and Folk Park Retail team in, Co. Clare. The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.About the roleThe purpose of the role is to provide and delivery budgeted sales, team leadership, direction and coaching on all aspects of customers service, store operations enabling the team to achieve its KPI’s and the overall departments performance goals.The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about retail, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales team to drive sales forward and achieve store targets.
