About the Company Flannerys Bar Glasheen Limited operates a food service establishment providing freshly prepared meals in a professional kitchen environment. We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. Main Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under supervision. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Assist with stock control, storage, and basic kitchen organisation. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills. Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment. Good communication and organisational skills. Understanding of food safety standards. Must be available to work 39 hours per week. Benefits Salary of €36,605 per year (€18.05 per hour). Full-time, permanent position. Stable role within an established food service business.
