Regional Sales & Operations Manager

• Manage branch KPIs including sales, margin, stock, health & safety, and team performance.
• Support Branch Managers and staff development, fostering collaboration across all brands and locations.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, including builders, plumbers, and contractors.
• Assist with product launches, sales incentives, and ensure consistent in-branch presentation standards.
• Partner with stock management and HR to meet operational targets and training needs.

• Proven experience in a senior level role in sales, within the trades industry.
• Track record in managing and developing teams across multiple sites
• Ability to meet targets and drive sales
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in microsoft office including presentations
• Full, valid driver's licence
