  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance employee performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  • Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Conduct workforce analysis to identify trends and forecast future HR needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, minimizing risks.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive organizational culture improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a corporate environment.(min 3 years)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
