- Managing the President's diary and scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Preparing materials and documentation for the President's meetings.
- Monitoring and responding to emails directed to the Office of the President.
- Drafting formal, high-level correspondence as required.
- Coordinating the President's travel arrangements.
- Organising and overseeing high-profile events, including visits from dignitaries, government ministers, and other VIPs.
- Supporting the planning and execution of Honorary Conferring ceremonies, including preparing guest lists, sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and other related tasks.
- Providing administrative support to the Director of Planning & Administration, as needed.
