Job Description & Skills Required Tubbercurry Collective CE Project wish to recruit a CE Assistant Supervisor to work with the CE Scheme Supervisor with the administration of the Community employment Project according CE operating Guidelines. Applicants for this role should understand the objectives of Community Employment Scheme. This role will assist the CE Supervisor with the day to day management of the CE Scheme. Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment of new participants • Assist in maintaining efficient and effective administrative and training records • Assist the CE Supervisor in supporting training plans while monitoring and evaluating the training needs of participants • Preparing payroll claims through the Application for Wages and Supervision Sheet system (AWS) • Engage with local employers regarding opportunities for participants • Researching employment and training opportunities The successful candidate will have the following essential requirements: • Excellent administrative skills and organisational skills • Knowledge and competency working with Microsoft Office • Knowledge of community activities and the objectives of CE Schemes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team Desirable requirements • Demonstrated experience in training and development and people management • Previous experience in office administration and office management: • Experience in computerised accounts and payroll • Experience of I.T. systems, such as Welfare Partners This position is a temporary contract in line with the project and is subject to continued DEASP funding.
