They are looking for a Senior Process/Project Engineer to join the Engineering team. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in process and project engineering within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector, with proven expertise in project delivery and commissioning & qualification (C&Q) processes.Responsibilities:
Lead and support process engineering and capital projects from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Manage project delivery activities including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
Oversee commissioning and qualification (C&Q) of equipment, systems, and facilities in compliance with GMP and industry standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and Validation teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience in process and project engineering within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong expertise in commissioning and qualification (C&Q) processes.
Excellent knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
