The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts payable focused position.

- Processing invoices through SAP Concur
- Set up of new suppliers
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Processing of payments
- Administration of invoice processing system
- Set up and training of new joiners
- Record keeping for all items related to suppliers
- Analysis of invoices and supplier reports
- Supplier master data management
- Preparation of process notes and guidance documents
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Access to own transport is essential
- 3 years experience in an accounts payable role
- Excellent IT skills
