From the crisp harmony of Bluefin Tuna Shibaki to the earthy depth of Truffled Wagyu Donburi, every plate is prepared with thoughtful intention.We are now looking for a warm, professional, and guest‑focused Food & Beverage Assistant to help us deliver this exceptional experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Food & Beverage Assistant in Ōku, you will:Guest Service & Experience
- Provide a warm, gracious welcome to all guests, ensuring a luxury five‑star dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer informed guidance on dishes, ingredients, and Japanese dining traditions.
- Support the delivery of smooth, elegant service throughout every stage of the meal.
- Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and expectations, ensuring personalised and attentive care.
- Prepare the dining room ahead of service, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and attention to detail in line with Adare Manor standards.
- Assist with setting and resetting tables, maintaining a refined and orderly environment.
- Deliver food and beverages with precision, timing, and finesse.
- Maintain a deep appreciation for Ōku's culinary identity, reflecting its philosophy through service excellence.
- Work closely with the Ōku restaurant team, including chefs and management, to ensure seamless coordination during service.
- Communicate guest feedback or special requests clearly and promptly.
- Support colleagues by contributing to a positive, respectful, and engaged work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Follow internal procedures regarding allergen awareness, HACCP requirements, and responsible service of alcohol.
- Uphold the values, service ethos, and presentation standards of Adare Manor at all times.
- Has previous experience within a luxury dining environment (sushi or fine dining experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Has exceptional communication and guest‑service skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
