
Junior Test & Manufacturing Support Technician

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic test fixtures and production equipment, while supporting firmware version control and continuous improvement of production processes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date production documentation, promptly respond to breakdowns, and collaborate with engineers to resolve quality or throughput issues.
- Actively uphold and embody company values, code of conduct, and compliance standards through behaviour, training, and daily practices.
- Support team cohesion by assisting with new staff onboarding, helping colleagues beyond assigned tasks, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Take initiative in improving KPIs by supplying relevant data, proposing action plans, and prioritising health, safety, and well-being in line with EHS procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing or production support with strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Solid understanding of electrical wiring, electronics, circuit diagnostics, and electronic product testing concepts.
- Proficiency in operating standard test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Skills in fine assembly tasks with good knowledge of electronic assembly materials like PCBs, connectors, and cabling.
- Competence in using PC hardware, operating systems, basic networking, and standard applications like Word, Excel, and file management tools; holds at least a Level 5 qualification in Electronics or a related field.
