- Oversee all CSA site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies regarding site operations.
- Develop and implement site management plans and effective construction methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and ensure alignment with construction schedules.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure documentation and reporting of site activities are accurate and timely for project tracking and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in CSA projects or similar construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH) are advantageous.
