The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating site operations, ensuring that construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations and specifications. As the CSA Site Manager, you will supervise on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and liaise with project stakeholders to facilitate communication and address any arising issues.   • Oversee all CSA site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies regarding site operations.
  • Develop and implement site management plans and effective construction methodologies.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and ensure alignment with construction schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting of site activities are accurate and timely for project tracking and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in CSA projects or similar construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH) are advantageous.
