- Champion safety-first practices by identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation actions
- Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and technical issues
- Carry out planned maintenance (preventative, predictive & calibration activities)
- Accurately log maintenance interventions, failure codes, and asset data
- Ensure all work orders are completed on time, safely, and in compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes
- Support major equipment overhauls and manage on-site vendors
- Deliver clear shift handover reports to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimise maintenance plans
- Assist with operational activities such as set-up, sampling, and cleaning validation
- Maintain audit-ready standards and uphold excellent housekeeping practices
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
- 2-4 years' experience in maintenance or engineering within a regulated environment
- Background in pharma, biotech, medical devices, FMCG, or similar industries
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a shift-based role
