Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentWe are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join a well-established organisation based in North Dublin. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, performance reporting, and audit coordination, with a strong focus on delivering accurate insights and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and review route / product profitability analysis
- Deliver regular financial performance reports and insights
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
- Support preparation of regulatory and statutory reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Assist with sustainability-related financial reporting
- Coordinate audit schedules and timelines
- Liaise with auditors and manage documentation requests
- Respond to audit queries and track outstanding actions
- Support completion of external and internal audit requirements
- Work closely with internal teams across finance and operations
- Provide regular updates to senior management
- Support communication with external stakeholders and auditors
- Assist in maintaining risk registers and tracking key actions
- Support compliance monitoring and reporting
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting standards
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong background in financial reporting and/or FP&A
- Experience working in audit or managing audit processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Cognos) and advanced Excel
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance reporting is an advantage
- Experience in multi-entity or complex organisations preferred
