Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst
Location: North Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentWe are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join a well-established organisation based in North Dublin. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, performance reporting, and audit coordination, with a strong focus on delivering accurate insights and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Prepare and review route / product profitability analysis
  • Deliver regular financial performance reports and insights
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
Reporting
  • Support preparation of regulatory and statutory reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
  • Assist with sustainability-related financial reporting
Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate audit schedules and timelines
  • Liaise with auditors and manage documentation requests
  • Respond to audit queries and track outstanding actions
  • Support completion of external and internal audit requirements
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal teams across finance and operations
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
  • Support communication with external stakeholders and auditors
Risk & Controls
  • Assist in maintaining risk registers and tracking key actions
  • Support compliance monitoring and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting standards
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in financial reporting and/or FP&A
  • Experience working in audit or managing audit processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Cognos) and advanced Excel
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance reporting is an advantage
  • Experience in multi-entity or complex organisations preferred
