We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver Helper Operative to join our operations team based in Little Island. The ideal candidate will assist with deliveries/collections, ensure efficient loading/unloading, and may be required to drive vehicles when needed.Key Responsibilities:Assist drivers with daily routes, loading/unloading goods, and ensuring safe deliveries.Navigate and support route optimisation.Carry out manual handling duties (e.g., lifting, carrying, sorting goods).Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in vehicles and work areas.Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public.Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.Drive company vehicle (B Licence category) when required.Requirements:Full, clean B category driving licence – essential.Physically fit – ability to perform manual tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.Experience in a similar operative or delivery role is an advantage but not essential.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate.Opportunities for progression and upskilling.Supportive team environment.Uniform and PPE provided.Training and development.#EXLCORYour Name RequiredYour Email RequiredPhoneYour CV Required.
