This is a newly created role designed to provide essential administrative support as the business continues to expand. The position offers flexibility around days and working hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role with variety.Key Responsibilities
- Process order entries, including some manual orders received over the phone
- Generate and issue invoices using SAP Business One (training provided; very user-friendly)
- Assist with ordering from manufacturing, checking prices, and matching receipts
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Liaise with internal staff and customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Previous experience in administration, accounts, or office support desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using computer systems (experience with SAP Business One an advantage but not essential)
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support a busy team
- Flexible, part-time hours (3 days per week)
