- Maintain individual budget estimates, analyse actual spend versus forecast and adjust forecast as needed
- Handle invoice processing and payment workflow
- Create and maintain detailed invoice tracking document of actual spend per invoice
- Track invoice spend versus individual Purchase Orders
- Weekly/Monthly and Quarter end financial reporting as requested for new and ongoing projects
- Check Monthly expense reports versus supplied paperwork, enter expense data into the system
- Tech-savvy - Power users of Apple products
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organization skills
- 3-5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in finance, accounting or business
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Be a self starter who shows initiative
- Proven analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective business partnerships
- Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week.
- Pay: €40,000 per annum.
