District Manager - Hair & Beauty

• Lead and inspire high-performing teams across various locations in ROI and Northern Ireland.
• Drive sales and profitability by setting and achieving commercial targets.
• Responsible for P&L management, GP and driving EBITda across 15+ stores.
• Ensure operational excellence in all stores, adhering to company standards and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies for team growth and development.
• Build strong relationships with store teams, providing support and guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Office to implement company-wide initiatives.
• Monitor and report on district performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure all stores comply with health and safety regulations.

• A proven track record in a similar leadership role within the retail sector.
• Prior multi-site management experience, 15+ stores.
• Highly commercial-minded with the ability to create and execute Business Plans.
• Prior experience of successfully managing senior Store Managers in retail.
• Understanding of the consumer market within the ROI, Northern Ireland regions.
• A strong ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to operational excellence and quality service.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of stakeholder management.
