Junior Marketing & Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Sales Executive to join a growing business operating between Galway City and Athenry. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent exposure across two dynamic sectors: marketing and online fashion retail.This role presents a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner of both businesses, gaining valuable hands-on experience in sales strategy, marketing, business development, and day-to-day operations.Start Date: Early May 2026Key Responsibilities· Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies across both businesses· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers· Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth· Assist with marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on the online fashion retail sector· Work closely with the business owner and gain direct exposure to daily operations· Learn and confidently use internal systems (full training provided)Requirements· 1–3 years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role· Relevant qualification in marketing or a related field is desirable· Full clean driver’s license and access to own transport· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Proactive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and developWhat’s on Offer· Full-time, permanent position· Hybrid working arrangement· Competitive salary: €35,000 – €43,000 depending on experience· Commission structure with additional earning potential· Direct mentorship from the business owner· Strong opportunities for career progression within a growing organizationAbout the RoleThis position is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in marketing and sales while gaining exposure across multiple industries.
