The Law Enforcement Compliance Team Supervisor will work within existing management structures and perform a variety of tasks to support team personnel and functions. In this exciting and dynamic people management role, you will lead a team, coordinate & support daily team work activities within established workflow structures, and handle critical issues. You will work on optimising processes and workflows, modifying as required in an agile workspace. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with established Data Protection and Privacy principles. Directly manage a global specialist team responsible for responding to legal requests in a fast paced and evolving environment. Work across multiple applications and databases. Observe high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail in daily workflow management.Minimum Qualifications

An appropriate supervisory/management qualification.
A minimum of 5 years management experience supervising a team.
Demonstrable experience of owning business-critical deliverables, working in an impactful way on critical tasks or essential projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills; able to provide clear instruction and direction to team members in a complex environment.
Demonstrable experience within a relevant legal operational environment.
Strong systems proficiency with ability to work efficiently across multiple applications and databases and observe high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail in daily workflow management.
Effective analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proven track record of working both as an individual, and part of a team, across diverse business functions throughout a matrixed organisation.
Ability to perform at a high level in an information sensitive environment and manage team work activities within strict Data Protection, Privacy, and IS&T Security protocols.
Experience of managing both in-house as well as Agency staff.
