Looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist - Customer Insights Lead to lead the charge on research, survey design, and data-led insights, acting as the strategic bridge between the customers and internal teams.What You'll DoDesign and lead customer research initiatives, including qualitative and quantitative surveys
