- Setting up and administering special purpose vehicles (SPVs);
- Acting as the main point of contact for an allocated portfolio of SPVs;
- Engaging with law firms, auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies both in Ireland and abroad;
- Managing SPV transactions from incorporation through to liquidation, migration, and deal closings in line with established procedures;
- Drafting and updating corporate documentation and service agreements;
- Reviewing transaction and legal documents to ensure compliance with internal guidelines;
- Coordinating execution of transaction documents and ensuring closings run smoothly and on schedule;
- Managing statutory, legal and transactional obligations for SPVs involved in structured finance and securitisation;
- Overseeing onboarding processes including compliance checks and KYC;
- Organising and preparing materials for client board meetings and taking minutes when required;
- Completing Companies Act 2014 filings and other company secretarial tasks;
- Supporting the management of complex, high-value transactions to maintain strong client satisfaction;
- Maintaining a client-focused approach with timely communication and strong attention to detail;
- Coordinating with internal teams, tax advisers and accountants on SPV tax and accounting matters;
- Publishing stock exchange notices, liaising with shareholders and handling additional transaction-related duties;
- Arranging notarisation, apostilles and consularisation of documents;
- Providing guidance, training and support to junior colleagues;
- Representing the company professionally and independently;
- Assisting senior management and directors on client matters;
- Participating in industry events, seminars and marketing initiatives.
- 2-3 years' experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environments;
- Experience with Company Law / Company Secretarial work a BIG PLUS
- Exposure to structured finance or capital markets, ideally in the Irish or wider international market;
- Background in law or business with a relevant degree or professional qualification;
- Strong communication and client-facing skills;
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Comfortable working independently but also collaborative within a team;
- Motivated, proactive and keen to take on responsibility;
- Fluent English, written and spoken;
- Ability to support and mentor junior team members.
