Salary: €30,000 - €32,000At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Telesales Agent/ Administrator to join our client's growing team based near Enniscorthy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Telesales or Internal Sales Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What's on Offer:

Your new role includes:
  • Conducting outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
  • Presenting and explaining products and services to prospective clients in a clear and confident manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Generating sales quotes and following up on leads.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Experience you need:
  • Previous sales experience beneficial
  • Strong phone etiquette and confidence on the phone
  • Knowledge or experience in the construction/ energy industry beneficial
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
