Location: Various hospitality venues across Dublin, with travel to venues in Ballsbridge (van provided)Overview:We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician with strong carpentry skills to take a lead role in maintaining and improving the infrastructure of multiple high-profile hospitality venues. This role requires a well-rounded tradesperson who can handle more complex tasks and guide junior team members when needed.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute maintenance tasks across multiple hospitality sitesPerform advanced carpentry and joinery repairs and installationsDiagnose and resolve plumbing and electrical issuesMaintain HVAC systems in collaboration with external contractors if neededOversee furniture repairs, wall treatments, and fittings replacementConduct fire safety system checks and liaise with compliance servicesCarry out preventive and reactive maintenance plansCoordinate with venue managers and report on works completedSupport training and oversight of junior maintenance staffEnsure health and safety protocols are followed at all timesRequirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance or facilities technician roleStrong carpentry/joinery background is essentialSolid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hospitality standardsFull, clean Irish (or EU) driving licence - van provided for travel between venuesSalary Range: (depending on experience and qualifications)
