This position helps to maintain Longchamp’s standards of excellence across all areas of boutique performance.The Assistant Store Manager supports a culture of integrity, performance, and team collaboration, ensuring that every customer experience reflects Longchamp’s luxury heritage.KNOW THE ROLETo support the Store Manager in all aspects of boutique management—including sales performance, team leadership, operations, and client engagement—while acting as a role model of Longchamp’s values and standards.
