Accounts Administrator (Part Time)We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator for a stand-alone position within my clients organisation organisation. This role offers full training and a high level of autonomy, making it an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of finance and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.Accounts Administrator

Entry of invoices onto the company accounts system
Reconciling monthly supplier statements
Preparing month-end payments
Processing of expenses
Dealing with and resolution of supplier related queries
Sending out of monthly statements
Review and monitor of monthly aged debtors / creditors reports
Manage company emails and forward to relevant persons
Ensure company vehicles are up to date with tax, insurance etc
Order any office stock as necessary

Skills required:

Previous experience in a similar position
IT literate
Positive can-do attitude is essential and ability to work in a busy environment
An analytical mind with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work on own and to use own initiative
Ability to multi-task, focus and meet deadlines
Good time management and organisational skills
