Store Manager

• Overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including convenience store management, and customer service
• Leading and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, conducting regular stock takes
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including the forecourt area, convenience store, and restrooms
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
