BASIC PURPOSE:The basic purpose of the Colleges & Multichannel Coordinator is to maximize revenues & volumes through the Multi Sales ChannelAccountabilities:Customers /Stakeholder· Analyses and maintains MC Database & prioritizes MC customers to be contacted by MCE and LQ.· Defines contact plan for LQ and MCE in order to drive leads from new sources· Manage An Post Account· Maintain & develop colleges.· Deals with MC Credit escalations.· Manages lower revenue ecommerce customers.· Manage cash product and support activities through CS to drive cash sales.Problem Complexity/ Process· Co-ordinate specifically targeted monthly mailing programmes that focus on niche customer segments based on loyalty status through our marketing tool to assist with delivering the overall sales channel revenue target.· Provide manager with structured feedback and analysis of campaign/customer base progress.· Measure the success of all direct mail activity through campaign analysis and review performance with a view to improving response levels.· Ensure all GDPR & Data protection policies are compliant.Impact· Direct impact on department KPI’s.· Potential loss of revenue.Autonomy· Works on own initiative with regular advice and guidance from Direct Sales and Multi-Channel ManagerPeople – Management (if applicable)· The Colleges & MC Coordinator has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions and co-ordinate activities for the MCE & SLQ to drive revenue performance.· Informal influence to enable improvement and change within the organisation.· Experience with people management is an advantage.· Ensure that the LQ is briefed in advance of all activities and complete within agreed timescales where appropriate.Key Skills/Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Expected:· 2-3 years Sales Experience· Marketing experience an advantage
  • Experience with database management and data mining is desirable but essential.
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
