- Evaluate candidate immigration status to validate right to work
- Consult with employees regarding Mobility policy, answer questions and partner with other Mobility team members to find solutions to more complex employee needs
- Consult with recruiters and hiring managers on Mobility policies, answer questions
- Coordinate immigration and tax evaluation with external vendors where applicable
- Work directly with immigration, relocation and tax vendors to facilitate exceptional service delivery
- Provide regular relocation/immigration status updates to internal team members where required
- Use experience and judgment to solution problems or escalations
- Additional operational duties may include but not limited to; management and tracking of relocation lifecycle, handling internal service tickets related to Mobility, maintaining immigration data records updated on internal systems, review of expense management/cost estimates, pre-decision relocation assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years Global Mobility experience
- Proactive planning, executing, and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to re-prioritize with agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and apply excellent judgment
- Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with your team.
- A self-starter able to work independently to complete assigned tasks
