FRS Recruitment is exclusively seeking an experienced Stores Person for a well-established manufacturing company in Little Island, Cork. This is a standalone role with full responsibility for the maintenance store, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.It’s a hands-on, independent position where you will manage all aspects of stock control, ordering, and database management, ensuring the maintenance team has the parts they need to keep operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the maintenance store independently, reporting to the Engineering ManagerMaintain accurate stock control and ensure essential parts are always in placeHandle ordering and stock replenishment as requiredReceive, allocate, and log stock into the stores databaseConduct regular stock counts and update records accordinglyWork closely with the maintenance and process teams to support daily operationsRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar stores role (manufacturing or engineering stores experience preferred)Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical partsExcellent IT skills with experience in stock management systemsHighly organised with strong communication skillsProven ability to work independently and take full ownership of the roleWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary up to €40,000 DOEStructured working hours (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)On-site role in a well-respected manufacturing companyAutonomy and responsibility in a key position within the businessApply Now
