A leading consultancy is expanding its Finance Transformation team, and is looking for experienced, driven professionals to support their clients in delivering next-generation Finance capabilities.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful business transformation projects across a wide range of industries, using your skills in finance, technology, and innovation to drive lasting value.We're especially interested in individuals who can bring consulting experience and a background in finance transformation, and who have contributed to or led large-scale change programmes.Responsibilities:Collaborate on transformation projects within multi-disciplinary teams.Deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development activities.Help build internal capabilities through thought leadership, training, and innovation.Experience:5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting environment.A strong academic background - degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related areas are preferred.Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, PMP, or Prince2.Proven experience in one or more areas of finance process transformation:Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to ReportFinancial Planning, Budgeting, and ReportingPerformance Management & AutomationSalary/RemunerationCompetitive salary and package attached.How to apply:Contact Sinéad Canning on 086 800 6785 for more information about this position.
