Service Support Manager
Osborne are working with a national advocacy organisation supporting older people and vulnerable adults to have their voices heard, their rights respected, and their choices upheld.
The work is rooted in a human rights and person-centred approach, providing independent advocacy, information, and safeguarding support.

We are looking to recruit a Service & Support Manager that will provide strategic and operational leadership of services, ensuring excellence in delivery.
This role operates at a senior level, working closely with the CEO, contributing to organisational strategy, and acting in an assistant CEO capacity to support governance, leadership collaboration, and service development.We are looking for a candidate that can manage Stakeholder Engagement & Representation as well as building strong partnerships with key stakeholders including:Service users and families

Salary €60K +++
Fixed Term Contract: 12 monthsDuties & Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Executive Support
Work in close partnership with the CEO to deliver organisational strategy.
Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and organisational growth.
Support governance processes, including board reporting and strategic updates.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.
Ensure services meet regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards.
Lead service planning, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff teams.
Lead on safeguarding, ethical practice, and dignity in care.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership team members to drive organisational performance.
Promote cross-functional working and integrated service delivery.
Chair internal and/or external Steering Groups related to service development and quality.
Set agendas, facilitate discussions, and drive actions and outcomes.
Ensure stakeholder engagement and representation, including service user voice.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Prepare high-level reports for senior management and Board oversight.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Health & Social Care, Social Work, or related field
Postgraduate or management qualification (desirable)
Minimum 5 years leading service based multidisciplinary teams
Significant senior management experience in care/support services
Experience working at or alongside executive/board level
Proven experience in advocacy-led or rights-based services
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
Governance, risk management, and compliance expertise
