- Lead and oversee the performance of a network of retail stores across Leinster
- Drive sales, margin, and profitability across all locations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and senior store teams
- Ensure consistency in operational standards, customer experience, and brand execution
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, implementing improvements where required
- Drive efficiency across labour, stock management, and cost control
- Work closely with senior leadership on business planning and expansion strategies
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
- Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role (Head of Retail, Retail Director, or similar)
- Strong multi-site management experience within grocery or high-volume retail
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance across a large retail network
- Experience leading and developing senior management teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational delivery
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple sites
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
