Ranked 2nd in The Irish Independent “Ireland's Best Employer 2025” list, we would like to invite applications from committed and caring Healthcare Assistants (Personal Assistants) who are interested in joining our Children's Service team in the below locations in the Co.Cork area;BanteerThe position on offer is part-time, 4 hours every week with shifts as below:Every Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays 9:00am - 10:00am & 8:00pm - 9:00pmWhat we Offer.Salary range for this position is €15.39 – €17.12 per hour depending on experienceBefore 8am and after 8pm - from €19.23 p/hSunday - from €23.00 p/hPublic Holidays - from €30.80 p/hPaid inter-client mileageSick pay schemeMaternity and paternity pay schemeExcellent working conditionsHoliday pay at a rate of 8% of hours worked.PRSA Pension scheme availableBike to Work SchemeEmployee Assistance ServiceA commitment to the on-going training and development of all employeesOverall Purpose of Job-The purpose of the role is to enable the Members to achieve maximum independence in all aspects of daily living, by providing assistance in one or more of the following areas: personal care, domestic assistance, social and educational assistance, travel and companionship..-Role takes place in the homes and communities of our Members.Liaison-There are several key relationships, which should be fostered and developed for the successful implementation of this role.
