- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with empathy via phone, email, or CRM platforms.
- Manage service bookings and product orders, including routing vans and coordinating with field technicians.
- Process customer accounts, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Promote and upsell appropriate services and products where relevant.
- Collaborate with other teams (Service, Sales, Finance) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and CRM system use.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution quality, and service accuracy.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Book in Installation & Services and routing vans.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Monday - Friday, No weekends / bank holidays.
