Commercial Finance ManagerArmont Recruitment have partnered with a market leading international distribution organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join their high calibre and growing finance team based in Dublin.Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this opportunity will be responsible for all aspects of the budgeting, forecasting, managing financial performance and analysis for a key region within the business, while providing actionable insights to the senior management team.This role will suit a commercially minded qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 4+ years PQE within a similar industry seeking a move into a rapidly expanding international business.The Role
  • Lead a partnering approach, prepare budgets and forecast for the business, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial expertise, insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance
  • Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts and board reporting packs
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business cases
  • Ensure financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting tools
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members
The Candidate
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 4+ years’ PQE
  • Commercial or project accounting experience within a similar industry
  • Strategic and commercial mind-set
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels across the business
The Rewards
  • Salary range, circa €90,000 to €100,000 DOE
