PharmaConex is currently partnering with an independent pharmacy who is recruiting a Superintendent / Supervising Pharmacist in the Manorhamilton region of Co. Leitrim. The pharmacy in question is conveniently located between Sligo and Enniskillen.This is a full time permanent role which is 5 days a week. The current rota involves the pharmacist working two Saturdays a month. The store opens Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm. No late nights, Sundays or Bank Holidays required to be worked.An experienced, dedicated support team is in place. The position demands a motivated pharmacist, who thrives on providing outstanding patient care.The system used is: McLernonsResponsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the general community;
  • Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately;
  • Monitoring stock and communicating with suppliers;
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date and all SOP's are adhered to;
  • Work with the owners to ensure the store is performing; and,
  • Other day to day duties.
Requirements
  • BSc (Pharm)/MPharm;
  • Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the PSI for a minimum of 3 years;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership abilities; &,
  • Proven people management skills.
