We’re looking for people who want to play their part in delivering homes to individuals and families, and all while availing of great benefits and the opportunity for long term career development.We are currently looking for a Groundworks Foreperson for our large scale residential project in Swords, County Dublin.Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee risks, contracts, operations, and communications to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Lead design and site teams, manage performance and budgets, and ensure alignment with the contract program
Resolve technical issues, produce high-quality calculations, and support civil works completion
Plan labor, materials, and plant resources; monitor costing, billing, and assist with valuations
Ensure legal and procedural compliance for safe construction practices
Maintain project records, trackers, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
Significant site management experience on residential projects
Background in residential developments essential
Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
