Location: Cork
Type: Long-Term ContractA Tier 1 Irish contractor with a strong reputation for delivering major residential and mixed-use developments is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their Cork team. The company is known for high-spec delivery, excellent site standards, and a stable project pipeline across the region.You will oversee quality control across all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with design, building regulations, and company standards on large-scale residential schemes.Key Responsibilities
- Lead all QA/QC processes for residential builds
- Implement and maintain project quality plans
- Conduct inspections, audits, and snag management
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Work closely with site management and subcontractors
- Ensure full compliance with BCAR, ISO standards, and building regs
- Produce quality reports and support sign-off / handover processes
- 5+ years’ QA/QC experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and quality processes
- Excellent documentation, organisation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage quality across multiple blocks/phases
