- Build long-term working relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Act as a key link between customers and Trade Marketers, helping to resolve queries and enhance business growth opportunities.
- Support brand launches and initiatives such as cross-sell, up-sell, trials and awareness campaigns, contributing to strategic engagement and KPI achievement.
- Process customer orders through SIEBEL and SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, fax and email (covering new accounts, closures, deliveries, documentation and orders).
- Raise credit notes for undelivered stock where required.
- Take ownership of allocated team tasks, supporting the Customer Services Manager in achieving departmental goals.
- A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in a busy customer service or telesales environment.
- Strong PC skills, particularly with MS Office.
- Experience with SAP and Siebel is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
