We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Technologist to join a leading FMCG based in Longford.Negotiable salary depending on experience.Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the introduction of new products from bench concept to line trials first production.
Updating creating back of pack information (nutritionals).
Leading and executing bench top samples, sourcing new ingredients or any other NPD changes with due consideration for equipment, process and plant.
Leading the NPD agenda from product concept right through to first production.
Support the business Research and Development agenda.
Co-coordinator of customer audits + BRC site visits.

Requirements:

3-5 years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Degree in Food Science Quality Systems.
Sensory Analysis experience.
Practical knowledge of Nutritional software an advantage.
SAP knowledge an advantage.
