We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong LabVIEW expertise to support the verification and validation of embedded electronic and IoT products. This is a hands-on R&D role focused on developing automated test systems, validating hardware and software performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document test requirements with hardware, firmware, and software teams
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Design and implement automated test systems using NI LabVIEW (TestStand a plus)
  • Execute automated verification and validation testing
  • Debug failures and perform root-cause analysis
  • Integrate and control lab instruments (DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, communication interfaces)
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards
  • Improve test frameworks, tools, and coverage
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in automated testing for embedded electronic products
  • Strong NI LabVIEW experience (CLD or higher highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and measurement techniques
  • Experience with HW/SW interfacing (Serial, I²C, SPI, CAN)
Desirable
  • TestStand, DAQ, or instrument control experience
  • Familiarity with QA tools (Python, Selenium, CLI)
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering (or similar)
  • Experience with mains-powered products
  • Jira and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
