We help businesses grow by taking care of all their eCommerce order fulfilment and EU VAT management needs from our EU-based fulfilment centre.Red Sky Europe has expanded its services with Taxmatic, an entity offering software solutions that automate VAT calculations, filings, and payments for North American eCommerce retailers in EU and UK markets. Taxmatic seamlessly integrates with eCommerce platforms to access real-time sales order data.RoleAs the Inventory Controller, you will have responsibility for defining and implementing the business inventory control policy and ensuring all aspects of inventory management, integrity, replenishment, and analysis/reporting are optimised to meet client fulfilment goals. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of stock accuracy and integrity.Main ResponsibilitiesUtilise Warehouse Management System (WMS) to automate and optimise the stock replenishment process, and manage the same.Manage the 'Hospital' location to resolve day-to-day pick (order) issues and avoid late orders.Develop, implement, and maintain a robust cycle count process for clients/business, assuring a high standard of stock accuracy and integrity.Resolve problems promptly to optimise operational efficiency and customer service, liaising with GR, Pick/Pack teams, and Customer Service as necessary.Provide expert WMS inventory analysis, including capacity planning, aged stock, and E&O.Develop, implement, and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Maintain relevant key performance metrics and prepare and submit reports as necessary.Support a high level and standard of housekeeping (5S).Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policy and standard.Foster a continuous improvement environment and culture focused on process and productivity enhancements.Skills and AttributesProblem-Solving Skills: Anticipates challenges, takes initiative, and implements effective solutions to ensure seamless operations in inventory management and control.Team Player: Willingly participates in day-to-day operations, showcasing flexibility and dedication to collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.Proactive Approach: Takes initiative in identifying and implementing improvements in inventory control processes and procedures.   • 3rd Level qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience as an Inventory Controller in a fast paced warehouse / fulfilment centre.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel, JIRA Service Management (or similar) & Warehouse Management System (ShipHero or similar).
