We're hiring a Warehouse General Operative to join our busy team in Ballina. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable and growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and pack customer orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure orders are fulfilled to meet agreed service levelsReplenish stock and assist with inventory controlAssist with goods-in processes and warehouse deliveriesPrepare goods for dispatch via couriers and transport companiesInclude correct paperwork with all outbound deliveriesMaintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouseParticipate in regular stock counts and cycle countsAdditional DutiesDrive company vehicles and operate machinery (where licensed)Support the dispatch of materials for events (e.g. training, trade shows)Provide backup support to other warehouse staff as neededAssist in training new team members when requiredCarry out additional duties as directed by your team or Warehouse ManagerBe flexible with tasks and work hours as neededRequirementsPrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plusValid driving licence and/or forklift certification (where applicable)Reliable, punctual, and team-focusedAbility to work efficiently and follow instructionsComfortable working in a physically active environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing business needsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rateCompany pension schemePrivate health insuranceOpportunities to grow within a supportive teamJob stability in a long-established businessApply NowInterested in this role?
