Due to internal progression, we are now looking for a driven and technically minded Consultant Sales Engineer to join this hugely successful team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication & sales skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC technologies. You'll play a crucial role in expanding the company's impact within the consultant network by nurturing relationships, identifying project opportunities, and ensuring products are accurately specified to meet market needs. You'll be responsible for executing a strategy to drive specifications and ultimately boost sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Proactively develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with consulting engineers within your designated region. Understand evolving market demands and provide tailored, technically sound HVAC solutions to meet those needs. Deliver accurate product selections in line with project specifications and consultant requirements. Provide regular reporting on territory performance, market feedback, and strategic developments to management. Support and implement the broader sales strategy, with a strong focus on achieving revenue and specification targets. Candidate Profile: Educated to degree or diploma level in Engineering, Business, or a related field; or able to demonstrate equivalent HVAC industry experience. Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications. Target-driven Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
