- Lead small to medium security projects and support major initiatives, including expanding Microsoft 365 security services.
- Design, implement, and optimise security automation, including ASR rules and other M365 security controls.
- Manage and improve core security tools such as CASB solutions and CyberArk PAM.
- Build and enhance IAM/IGA capabilities (Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, Pathlock), including JML automation and access governance.
- Support business units on data protection, conduct security assessments, and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and internal policies.
- Analyse and interpret security reports, maintain documentation, and provide guidance to engineering and operational teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for users and stakeholders, driving adoption of security best practices.
- Help resolve security alerts, stay current with industry trends, and deliver measurable risk reduction within the first 12 months.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Cyber Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft security technologies (M365 EMS E5, Defender, Purview DLP, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Deep understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID, including identity governance and access management.
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions, especially CyberArk, and familiarity with automation and governance capabilities.
- Practical experience with IAM/IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Pathlock) and related concepts such as SOD controls and access reviews.
- Solid knowledge of CIS, NIST, ISO27001, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and support/mentor others.
- Relevant certifications (CyberArk, Microsoft Security) are a strong advantage; suitable for senior engineers or those ready to step up
