- Develop a deep understanding of the roles and requirements within the Tech Industry
- Negotiate offers and manage relocations (where applicable)
- Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the perfect workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- 1 to 3 years of Technology recruitment experience is a must.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
- A high degree of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and tactical empathy.
