Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the Pharma Site, Process environment & Engineering industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is desirable.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

As a Junior Project Engineer:

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
Work closely with production staff to integrate project activities with ongoing operations and minimize disruptions.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements within projects.
Assist senior project engineers and project managers in executing larger-scale projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
