- Develop and execute a high-performing regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and growth targets in the bioprocessing sector.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies.
- Represent company at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning the brand as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions.
- Work closely with in-house engineering teams to design and present tailored, value-added solutions that meet complex client needs.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability.
- 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services
- Experience in bioprocessing is highly desirable
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus
- Proven success in EMEA markets
- Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable with regular travel to other countries
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
