The business delivers high-quality commercial interiors, with a strong reputation for repeat clients, collaborative project teams, and consistently high standards on site.The company places real value on its people, promoting a structured yet supportive working environment where professionalism, accountability, and teamwork are central to how projects are delivered.About Your New RoleAs Fit Out Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of commercial fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover. You will be the driving force on site, ensuring programmes are met, quality is maintained, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times.You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.What You Will NeedProven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or interior projectsStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, finishes, and M&E coordinationExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and tight programmesA proactive and solution-focused approach to site challengesStrong commitment to health & safety and quality controlRelevant construction qualification or trade backgroundValid Safe Pass and Manual Handling (SMSTS or equivalent desirable)What You Will Get in ReturnA competitive salary package aligned with experience (€70,000 to €80,000)Opportunity to work on high-profile Dublin fit-out projectsA stable pipeline of work with a respected contractorSupportive management and a collaborative team cultureClear expectations, structured project delivery, and professional autonomyLong-term career progression within a growing business
